I was there to play the 600$ NHL tournament few days ago. The equipment looks like new, with comfortable seats and enough space for every player (the tournament started 9-handed and was changed to 8-handed later). Temperature in the room was well balanced.
Every dealer that I met did a great job, was polite and highly attentive at any time. They chat with players in a good dosage, not too much talk, but enough in order to create a good and friendly athmosphere on the tables. It was real fun and respectful at any time!
The management is very well organized, no mess with the waiting list, the seating or the payouts. You really feel that they like what they're doing, and the good vibes in the team are affecting everything in a positive manner. Even if I was there for the first time, they gave me the feeling that they are happy I was playing in their room, I felt comfortable and very welcome.
I don't know many pokerrooms, but this was definitely the best room I was playing so far. Will be back there for sure, highly recommendable!
