Horrible experience with twin river poker room. I waited for 1 hour and 30 minutes to play, went outside to take a call while still being 13 on the list, come back within 10 minutes and find out my spot has been filled and cannot be compensated for. The gentleman controlling the list was extremely rude and disrespectful. Overall terrible experience for me and my first time friend.
