The tables in the section of the room that hold the $4/$8 and $8/$16 games are too close together and in terrible condition. Felt is worn and stained.
Competition can be up and down. Tough players at the low-limit limt games (especially $8/$16), but fish, fish, fish at the $200 buy-in NL tables.
Most dealers simply deal the cards. They don't call the action and they let the players run the table. I had one dealer after midnight who was struggling because he'd gone smoething like 9 shifts without a break (and he was actually holding up quite well under the circumstances, especially after a manager came over and asked him if he wanted to work more).
Service is slow. No side tables or cup holders. No food service.
Considering the conditions and thr crowds, management does an overall good job. One gripe: holding out tables for a tournament start, leading to long lists early in the day and one table each for $4/$8 and $8/$16.
What comps?
