Dealers are horrible, but floor men are great!! Need to throw the customers a bone with some promotions and comps! The bad beat jackpot is their only promotion. Would definitely be the best casino in Los Angeles area if they had more promotions like other poker rooms have like best hand of the hour or highest quads! give the players a better playing experience.
