Hello team. Casino management changed policy and I was asked to stay out for a month. I used single foul language to a friend dealer and the replacement dealer overheard and called the floor man. Unfortunately the dealer was not there for me to ask if he was affected any way or offended by the language as most players jokingly say to many dealers when they are leaving the table. Most of these dealers either don't speak English or chose to ignore when asked what time they are leaving or any question and they are asked to deal the cards accordingly any policy, the card to the player not next door friend or front of the line and pickup the cards because now he/she thinks that player is out. Now my question is why is there a policy made that serves only to the casino and not to protect both players and casino. This is what I call one way wrong mentality and I think the management does not care of their players. I am for asking the player to behave and not to do anything wrong. But having that person to be barred for a month for using single foul language to a friend dealer. I would strongly recommend management to change their policy depending severity of the foul to be asked minimum to max. Min to be a day or two or a week to a month to 6 to never. But again I am not sure what are management thinking. If this continues most players will be banned going there and they will lose customers. They will go another casino and make that place their playroom. I for one have gone to another casino. I have not used any foul language I did not have to. But that day I got so upset that I used it on a friend from all the dealers I could have said.
Food for thought for management!
Yours S.M.
