Room is great quality. They've made some changes such as nine-handed, not having to post when you first sit down, etc., which are all good. I love the 9 handed tables, as you don't feel cramped.
My only real critism of this room is that is doesn't generate enough traffic. Hence it doesn't have the same "buzz" as MGM or Wynn. They need to do more to get the average gambling punter to the room, e.g. more ads throughout the casino, or experiment with 1-3NL with $3 chips like the Wynn has.
Most of the staff are pretty friendly. I can't recall any incident/mistake with a dealer - which is how it should be.
No issues here.
Management seems on the ball, with a new customer-focused attitude.
N/A other than high hand jackpot.
