Wait lists are insane, they obviously don't have enough dealers. I'm sure that's first week open issues so presumably that will be fixed.
However, the dealers they do have are nice but horrendously slow and often confused (plo specifically). Easily half the amount of hands you get in an hour any other poker room.
A non smoker gripe - the poker room is non smoking but there are aah trays right at the entrance which can be annoying.
Really hoping they can iron things out, never thought I'd see a big name poker room worse than cherokee but this defintely is and doesn't seem to have much potential to change for a while.
