Additionally, some of the managers have horrible attitudes towards the customers themselves! If you are not cut out for customer service then you should find a new line of work! In this line of work, your source of income is solely from the customers who are willing to spend their money at your institution! What are those customers, no one at the casino would have a job! Therefore, treat your customers with the upmost respect! For those who do not respect you, or the staff, escort them kindly out of the facility simple as that.
