Dealers are incompetent and unprofessional. One dealer was on his phone making a call in the middle of a hand and not paying attention??? Played a tournament and dealer couldn't make correct change so was trying to wing it and just throwing random chips into the pot. Allowing players to discuss hands while 3+ people in the hand. And that's not even to mention the crime of a rake they take in the cash game. Their "promotional player" (who rakes the pot) is pulling up to $20 out of every single pot. You legitimately cannot be profitable with their rake structure. Please I beg of you players if there is ONE room you avoid in all of Houston make it this room. Do not let these people steal from you the way they are. And with the amount of money they are raking off the table you would figure they could AT LEAST hire halfway decent dealers.
