I went to Hustler with a poor tour bus from Monterey Park, the tour guide could not speak English but really knew how to abuse poor Chinese clients whom could not speak English either. When I had problem with floor man Sam who refused to give me a casino card and did not allow me to come back while I said he was crazy. The reason I said was because it was my first time came to casino and he said I was not new again and again and did not want to listen my explanation. Luckily manager Ray made investigation and gave me a casino card and welcome me back.
