A sense of entitlement on the part of management which is much like their now closed facility in Round Rock, TX. A cold atmosphere in which I felt uncomfortable. Not friendly at the upper levels of the staff with a seemingly we are right and yuou are wrong perception of players. Just an overall negative vibe to this place.
