It’s very weird how dealers who play tournament and cash always win or place in the meaningful games.
Why is that not a conflict of interest for dealers to play at the same club that they work?
Why does everyone ignore obvious collusion and soft play?
Why do some dealers pinch the cards during their deals?
The floor is horrible and makes biased decisions on who is right, wrong, or out of line.
The management is incompetent and overly sensitive to any type of constructive criticism.
The staff is lazy and untrustworthy.
The building smells pretty bad.
The carpet is moldy.
The food is terrible and personally my food was tampered with on several occasions.
When concerns of food tampering even with clear evidence (literally pulling stuff out of my food and drink in front of staff), they were ignored.
Do yourself a favor…don’t play here.
They are sucking the community dry and promoting degeneracy while allegedly rigging the outcome.

It seems you have a lot of questions that you'd like answered. Please feel free to email us with those questions and concerns at [email protected]. We would be more than happy to try and help you sort through these items.
We would also like to note to the casual readers passing by, that we take a lot of pride in the experience we offer at our club. We take all concerns seriously, and would never allow for the integrity of the game to be compromised. Our food is professionally prepared, and if an order ever comes out not as the member has requested - we will always make it right. As far as the other comments go, we have never received these before, so we will have to investigate these claims.
