The room is comfortable, auto shufflers, restrooms located right next to the room. I gave M a 4 instead of the 5 because they could have done a little better with the chairs.
I only played the tournament but the players were your average locals.
Dealers were very good. I didn't see any mistakes.
Cocktail waitress was dedicated to the room so drinks were very fast. They must have used a certain formula in selecting the cocktail waitresses because I saw 3 different waitresses and they all looked the same. Long blondish hair, tan, and big boobs.
Manangement was friendly and efficient. Player lists and electronic but the lists are long. Tournament clock needs to be displayed in the room. It is currently kept on a kitchen timer.
Comps are accumulated in the cash game and the tournament.
