We checked in this afternoon and spent over 6–7 hours playing in the MGM Grand Poker Room. However, a severe, continuous incident involving a highly unprofessional dealer completely ruined our stay. We demand an immediate resolution regarding our room and the compensation provided.
**What Happened:**
* **Incident 1:** My husband (Seat 1) clearly stated "All-in." The dealer unlawfully blocked him from doing so. To avoid a scene, my husband accepted the unfair ruling and just called.
* **Incident 2:** Later, Seat 9 said "Fold." Three different players (Seat 1, Seat 3, and Seat 4) all clearly heard it. Based on this, my husband showed his cards. The dealer immediately escalated the situation, aggressively arguing against three different players to defend Seat 9.
**The Dealer's Refusal to Communicate & Severe Escalation:**
We are reasonable customers. Even after these mistakes, if the dealer had chosen to communicate politely, my husband was entirely willing to cooperate and finish the hand. Instead, the dealer completely refused to communicate, exhibited a terrible attitude, and immediately escalated the situation by calling the manager over to freeze the game. Because of this dealer's aggressive attitude and blatant favoritism, **FOUR players (Seat 1, Seat 2, Seat 3, and Seat 4) were so disgusted and angry that we all walked away and left the table.** One single employee managed to drive away nearly half the table and completely ruin our entire evening. Furthermore, due to the language barrier and how aggressively we were singled out, we felt targeted and disrespected as Chinese tourists.
**Our Final Demands:**
The Poker Room manager acknowledged the dealer's severe mistake and issued a $100 comp. However, it was loaded onto our player's card, which can only be used for services inside MGM properties. Given this traumatizing and unwelcoming experience, we have absolutely no desire to spend another dollar or minute at this property.
