Went to the poker room about midnight on Monday. They had good number of games going including PLO. Took a break from table came back and was told that they have a "freeze on the list" due to lack of dealers but since I was already playing I could go back to that table. Few hands in another floor came and told me there was a freeze and even though I was sent there and already in the hand, asked me to get up and cash out. Extremely unprofessional, on the way out the floor manager (Michael?) inquired about what had happened and apologized for the fiasco and invited me back to the game.
Room is not professionally run, there were more floor people running around than dealers. This was my first time there but local players conveyed similar issues with floor personnel and lack of adequate dealer staffing is common there.
