Made a high hand 5 minutes and three hands into the new high hand at 2-5 nl. Nate (2nd in charge, asian male) refused to honor the hand bc the dealer forgot to flip her button. Instead of checking cameras or taking anyone at the tables word, including the dealer. He stood his ground n basically said the hand didn't happen. Would he then refund me if I got stacked. If a dealer makes a mistake n awards the pot to the wrong person would they not fix it? He's a power hungry @sshole who refuses to cater to anything above 1-2 nl. His take had 4 2-5 tables , 9 players text me n apologize. I pay rake. You're running a promotion on rake I contributed, I didn't do anything wrong , but you steal $500 . Dude deserves no power, a demotion, and his job. The precedent he's making is that he's in charge and rules don't matter.
