I was made to feel at ease from the first hand. A couple of my dumb questions were answered in a way that made me feel I was'nt a bother.
I played about 50 hours over 4 days(when the wife and kids were playing in the pool) and felt the players were mixed from very good to inexperienced
Great dealers, they fit in with the whole flow of the table. ie, chatty when the table was talkative and quiet when at a serious table
Drinks came as fast as needed. I was really impressed on the second day when the server from the prior day ask if i wanted another crown and diet coke.
met with a smile and fit into a game asap
never recieved a single comp. i never begged, but felt you had to if you wanted any comps. jackpots were nice, i got four 5's and got $384.
