Worst managed room I've ever played in may be due to poker manager not being a poker player or could be that he doesn't know what goes on in the room he manages. Have one of the best locations in the state but mismanagement could possibly be the demise of this room. They have already lost half of their staff they refuse to listen to players suggestions some floor supervisors are so arrogant it's like they are trying to @#$% off players. The same tribe ran a poker room at Newcastle the manager knew all the players and tied to do what he could to accommodate their needs. Their needs to be a change or the poker room will be filled with slot players think its time to voice my frustration to Riverwind gm It doesn't take a genious to realize that when u have two tables and 3 floor supervisors you are over staffed utilize your dealers they are the only personnel that are making money in the casino for the poker room. I could go on and on but what's the point
