The employees at Riverwind are exceptional. The poker room, however, has a lot to be desired. There is no call in or online check-in. None of the tables have cell phone chargers. The tables and chairs need to be replaced. Their cupholders are disgusting. The only compensations they offer are one dollar an hour per play and the bad beat, however other casinos in the area offer numerous compensations. For example, the Grand Casino at Fire Lake offers $200 $300 and $500 high hands. They're bad beat is substantially more than Riverwind. The grand even has $5000 mini bad beat. Although the poker room is supposed to be non-smoking smoke bellows out of the top of the ceiling with a large crevice all the way around the casino Riverwind does not offer covered but they do have a lot of birds in the parking lot pooping on your car geographically it's a convenient location but they've lost the attention to detail in their poker room. Riverwind also doesn't offer covered parking.
