First, the positives. The room is nice. And as they advertise, their chairs are comfortable. Nicely lit and decorated. Nice big TV screen. The dealers were all nice. Now the bad, the night manager Joe was rude and borderline incompetent. Argued with me about $6 in comps. $6. It was late and he didn't want to deal with it. I started as a guest. He couldn't figure out how to back up the hours I'd played and told me that that was the end of the conversation. Good bye. Super rude and very unprofessional. They didn't have money to cash out the late players. Often had to use cash on the table because Joe was off doing God knows what. So they were often left without a floor. The dealers were mostly ok. All friendly, but not the best dealers. Some were better than others. The competition was friendly. This place is always struggling to fill out seats and I can see why. It's kind of out of the way. And while the $4 max rake is nice, they can't even figure out how to back up comps. Save a trip and go anywhere else. The rude, incompetent manager really turned me off to the place. I'd give management 0 stars. He offered me his business card when I asked his name... he gave me his personal realtor's card. Super unprofessional.
