This is one of the nicest rooms in town but needs just a few things to make it successful.
1. Install a self serve fountain drink machine.
2. Install a self serve hot dog station like Harrahs used to have. Players need some simple food options.
3. Take away door fee (no one else charges it)
4. Get more cash players. The cash action is not near as good as some other clubs. I think some ppl are intimidated by a single 1-3nl table with 7 pros and stacks of $1k+ each. The average player would be smart to never sit down in that game.
Spread a smaller game (1-2?) or put a buy in cap of $500 (or largest stack). I think that will attract more players. They get lots of ppl for tournaments but most don't stay after getting busted. This club needs to focus on getting 4-5 cash tables consistently. I hope it succeeds because I love the club and staff.
