They need to have the new dealers on free roll tournaments or 1/2 tables exclusively. $11 hr for us to train their dealers is unfair.
Maybe have their best dealer rewarded with exclusive rotations thru the bigger games. Win win for everyone and motivation for the new dealer to practice and learn all the rules.
I offered this suggestion to the GENERAL MANAGER Joe and he said no way, "how will they ever get better" I ask why that is the players concern and it fell on deaf ears.
