Normally I don’t do reviews unless there is something exceptionally good or bad about a particular poker room. I will never return to this poker room which is a shame as they have a good tournament structure and the buy in is in my budget. However, I will not play where I am not treated fairly. I won’t get into the details but, the gist of it was the dealer made a mistake in the chip count while making change for my blinds and ante. She went about it in a strange way, and it was very confusing. I had put 7k in chips in and the blinds/ante were 1600 each. She claimed she gave me back 6K she may have but she tossed them into my pile of chips, so I have no way of knowing. It seemed strange to me that she would do that, and I wanted a moment to calculate everything. She did not give me this and continuously harassed me about putting in more chips. Ultimately the floor was called in and he ruled in her favor. Mind you he never asked me anything and refused to even listen to me. Well, they may have won that battle but, they lost my business. There are too many good card rooms in Vegas to need to go somewhere where they don’t know how to treat their customers.
