They run a tight ship here. I played a lot of 1/3 while in town for a few days. All the dealers were great, the management and dealers were great at controlling multi handed table talk, flashing cards in live hands,etc.
Usually when being seated someone would show you to your seat with racks of chips so you can immediately buy in. Take was capped at $5 with $1 into the promos which run often. We had ransoms on seat draws hourly for $100 to $500, splash pots hourly, etc. So the promo $ actually gets dispersed instead of all going into a huge bad beat that never hits.
Can't wait to go back!
