Played at Thunder Valley a little while ago and had a decent experience.
The poker room is pretty nice and I found the staff to be very solid. Might have done a little better job attending the tables (it was very busy in their defense) but overall good group.
Wasn't that thrilled with the cash games though. Competition was mediocre and I didn't really like the rake structure. Not the easiest place to make money.
I will say the dealers were outstanding. Very rarely made any mistakes and if they needed to handle something they did it well. Nice job there!
Food and drink service was good. Once again, I think they understaffed a little but the servers were pretty nice.
I am glad I got to stop out. Had heard a lot about it from different sources and now I know. It's not the greatest place in the world but you certainly won't regret going there.
