There are too many to list, so here are a couple recent examples -
Dealer failed to burn any cards in a larger 3 way all-in. All the money from all the players went in on the flop. Easy enough to just put the turn and river back on top of the deck in that order to redeal it correctly right? Nope. To add insult to injury, it was called out that no burns happened well before any chips were pushed so the pot and side pot remained intact--not like they would've had to check cameras and subtract the pot from the winner's stack or anything like that. Would have been no trouble at all to put the turn and river out again with burns. Floorman in this hand was Steve.
Guy has two side pots to pay - one for $270, and then a ~$300 side pot he lost in a multi-way all in but begins shoveling chips into his backpack and trying to leave before paying either while the dealer is pushing the main pot. I call the floor. Floor doesn't search the pocket of the backpack he was shoveling chips into and opts to "checks cameras". Floor comes out 2 minutes later, doesn't know how many chips the guy had but instead says something vague like "From what we could tell from the camera directly above, he didn't have any more chips on the table." They ended up ruling that the cheat had to pay the $270 side pot, but not the ~$300 side pot, which implies that he had exactly $270 left. Guy is then told he can just leave. If you're perceived as winning or even just a reg, be prepared to play against both the players and the floor.
