Great room, let down by lack of comps

This is a really nice room - great location near the entrance and a really comfortable and spacious place to play in. I mainly played there during daytimes and early evenings, so the background noise was fine then - and the classic rock they play throughout the casino was mostly to my liking too.

Pretty soft players here, especially as the sharks don't seem to have picked up on the blood in the water yet. Quite a few college-age kids who like to push large amounts of chips in so the variance can be big when their overplayed draws or weak pairs suck out on you.

Mostly good-to-excellent with only a couple below average. Judging from earlier reviews for here, it seems they've been improving a lot since the room was opened. Generally friendly as well

Great, friendly service - especially the woman with the short hair who works there during the day, whose name I can't remember now - and nice uniforms too.

They were OK, but didn't always ask people for their player's card when signing up for tournaments (if you have one, you get 500 extra chips). They sometimes seemed a bit overwhelmed when the room was busy and they were having to cover multiple cash games and a tourney.

The only real letdown here is the lack of comps when you're playing. On my last visit there, they'd just introduced a competition to win a Harley. The 500 chip tournament bonus for having a player's card is a nice touch.
