Wsop and WPT events are the only incentive to make the drive north. The new room is beautiful but it's the same @#$% show with management and the remaining staff.
At one point there was supposed to be a paging system to recall players back to the room when a seat becomes available. This was abandoned and it's not uncommon to wait 2hrs+ to get into a game. Not because the tables are full and the room is at capacity. Too many Chiefs and not enough Indians (no pun). You have 4-5 members of management standing around talking to each other while potential players are made to sit and wait in the poker room. Not a good look. Then there are the legendary bad rulings that tend to favor friends and family of management. Just shut it down or start over.
