I've been to the Lucky Eagle multiple times, and have always been impressed with their poker room, especially since their big renovation a couple of years ago. The dealers are professional, the facilities are nice, the room is smoke free, and the play is generally pretty loose. I usually play 1-2 NL here, but I've also played their $120 Sunday Tourney as well, and was happy with the format. The only downsides to this room are things outside of their control, so I won't ding them too much. Eagle Pass is not the most interesting town, and is a good 3 hour drive from San Antonio. The only other games in the rest of the casino are bingo and slot machines. Finally, there is no free drinks service. Overall, it passes the test for me.
