Pros:
relaxed player pool
Good TV, music, comfortable chairs
Friendly environment
No Chip Out problems
Good Daily Membership rate , hourly rate
Some BIG "casual" players who give great action
Cons:
Slow(ish) dealers.. also the bank for short buys, dumb
Floor management is not the ideal type, more of an employee than someone who is looking for growth
No food, service is from the floor no servers
Having to be "wanded" for security is annoying
