I’ve been playing in this room for maybe about a year or so and I’ve enjoyed my time here for most of the time but in the last couple of months it feels like the “customer service” seems to get worse and worse. I was playing cash while waiting for the tournament series that they have going on when a not so regular dealer jumped in the box, he seemed pretty nervous from the start … that was just the beginning he had to count the pot 3 times during the bomb pot because he kept forgetting what the pot was, kept letting players act out of turn while not giving them any sort of warning like what!?! Having someone that can’t fully communicate in English shouldn’t be sat at the box. We are playing for hundreds and sometimes thousands of dollars and they are just going to let some inexperienced dealer come inside a deep stack game smhhhhhh this is my first super bad experience I’ve had in this room since I started playing. Just to emphasize that most of the dealers here are really good but a few of the new ones really need to get better training before they deal these type of games….
