The room is a little disorganized and sometimes messy but action is good, atmosphere is high and staff is generally pleasant except for one dude.
Jon the cashier is the worst human to interact with. I don't know what the dudes got going on at home but he dumps that sh** onto players trying to cash out and even other staff. I've seen him argue and get mad at the brush girls for doing their job. Totally unprofessional. He's slow and there's always a line forming with this guy. So many people complain about him but you still keep him around? He's grumpy, grouchy, slow, and draining to talk to, and he will talk sh** if you don't tip him. Only times I've ever seen him being nice is when he's expecting a tip. What is this dudes issue?
He also makes mistakes and shorts players and catches an attitude with them when they call him out, only to realize that he was wrong. Never apologizes. Such a sour apple in a good environment.
