I recently had an interesting experience at the 500 Club Card Room while playing poker. During a hand where I was the last to act.The board played (flush)and my opponent voluntarily mucked his hand and trow away his card to the pile of muck card and the dealer push the pot to me.after I show my hand that I did not get flush And my opponent brought attention to the floor.However, after discussing the matter with the floor manager, I was asked to chop the pot. While this decision may have been disappointing given the circumstances, I totally disappointed the professionalism of the staff in addressing the issue.I knew the player is their regular and valued customer.
Paying attention to the game is crucial to all players.
