Packed room because it's the only game in town, but you'd think they'd run their room more efficiently. Floors are just doing their job, and don't strive for excellent customer service.
Mostly Mediocre dealers, and just about every dealer I saw rolled their deck hand, exposing the bottom card of the deck underneath their flimsy POS cut cards. I think out of 10+ dealers that dealt to me, oy 1 seemed very professional. Most would rather take their time chumming it up with the regulars than get more hands out and keep the games moving. Don't they realize "the more hands you deal, the more $ you make?" 🤦🏻♂️
I noticed they have chip runners during the evening, but even then, it takes forever to get chips at the table when re-buying. Floors take FOREVER to get seats filled. I asked if they had any promotions, and the floor said just the hourly food comp while playing.
The only good I have to say about the place is their F&B service. Plenty of servers always around and ready to take your order and always deliver promptly.
I played once since I was in town visiting family, and will most likely not go back. Headed to Bakersfield next and hope to find a better experience there before I go home where my poker room excels in every aspect of the business, making them #1 in the area, and as most have said…the best place they've ever played.
