I've played here several times and I still love the metalwork surrounding the room with the poker sculptures and such. Chairs were the most comfortable I sat in during my trip. Multiple televisions were in view (March Madness opening weekend) so I could see every game I wanted. The room is very comforting and away from the hustle and bustle of slots and clubs. It was a nice change at the end of my trip from the many hours I put in at MGM and Bellagio.
My table wasn't difficult at all. A couple decent players, but none were too tricky or creative with their play. This isn't a room for "drunks" and "partiers", but it didn't mean the serious players were outstanding. Lots of coffee, water and red bull orders around the table.
Would have gotten a better rating except one dealer made a pretty eggregious mistake with me. I had a card with a rip in the side (from the shuffler), so after I folded my hand (face down), I informed her that one card was marked. Instead of putting the card aside until the hand completed, she immediately turned BOTH of my cards face up and said "we have a marked card". It wasn't a huge deal as I don't think it effected the outcome of the hand, but everyone at the table (and subsequent dealers) all had a WTF? look on their faces while discussing what happened. Otherwise, dealers were quick, kept accurate and kept the game moving at a good pace.
I was flying out that night so I didn't drink any alcohol, but my cranberry juice and milk orders were delivered promptly. I also ordered tableside dinner and it came out quick and quite hot! Delicious!
Didn't have any interaction with them except when I asked for a TV to be changed to a different game. It was taken care of immediately.
I had some money on my mLife card so that covered a portion of my meal.
