Seems Aria is a victim of their own success. They have about 20 tables used for tournaments and cash games outside on the casino floor. Aria went with low uncomfortable chairs that do not adjust for these tables. I was very uncomfortable after an hour of play. No automatic shufflers or bravo at these tables slowing down the game. At 1 table the dealer literally had to climb over the 8 seat as these tables were poorly positioned. When I went to the main room to ask for a food comp I was rudely told I can’t do that and we are very busy. My response was get someone who can. This process took about 15min. Wynn just puts in on your card. So many better rooms in Vegas. Sadly this was my favorite room for many years. I won’t be back.
