I am a lifetime tournament poker player who will never go to the Golden Gates Casino ever again. I just showed up 20 minutes early to the 7pm, only to wait an hour as 20th alternate, ONLY to become chip lead with 7 players left, 2 to the money, when I corrected a dealer who told me I could not look at the other tables chip stacks before making a decision, she called the floor and lied that she habitually warned me 3 times not to "curse" at her. THEY KICKED ME OUT OF THE TOURNAMENT AND WERE NOT EVEN GONIG TO GIVE ME MY BUYBACK. GAMING COMPLAINT PENDING. Some nice but miserable dealers, totally incompetent floor and management for its size. They treated me like a criminal because a dealer lied and other players had an interest in getting me out. REAL TALK - Not worth the drive up.
