After waiting an hour for my name to get to the top of the list, they simply removed me and gave my seat away to someone else. When I asked the floor about it, she just gaslit me insisting that they called me and I just didn't hear, despite the fact that I was watching the list and listening intently and know for a fact that this is a lie.
