Decor is great. Tables were nice, chairs were even comfortable. Very loud atmosphere when I played there and did not care for the openness in the corner where I played. Next to a show theatre and the line and traffic before and after was loud and very distracting. Layout can be somewhat difficult to get to/from your table.
This is my first trip to play in any live casino game so I don't really have anything to compare it to. I consider myself avg-above avg and I stayed about even here over several hours.
Very professional, very friendly. Saw no mistakes. the maintained the game well and did not chat too much.
the girl brought me a couple beers and water. Didn't take long to get them, and she came around often.
The podium seemed a little overwhelmed at the amount of traffic they were receiving at the time. They seemed frazzled. However they did get me on a list. But most of the time they were maintaining conversations with multiple people at one time.
