There's a lot to like about playing here. The chairs are comfortable, the atmosphere is classy, the dealers are great. One thing that never changes here are the terrible floor people. Don't get me wrong, if you're a regular who takes care of them they will treat you like a king. Zip to the front of the line, @#$% they don't even put the VIPs on the list, they just tell them to wait around for the next available seat. They've been doing it since the place opened. I've seen it so many time I stopped questioning it. They will say he was on the list from earlier and we erased him or some other BS. I've been here about 50 times which is only about twice a year. Even when I lived in Vegas I rarely came here. Another drawback is that it is very crowded. Seems there's always someone bumping into you here. Try to get an outside seat to avoid this. Waitress service is slow too.
