The rake is very high... They rake from bets and raises whether they get called or not. So sometimes you have a big rake preflop, even if there's no flop dealt.
Parking lot is dangerous; people prowling it, but security *never* goes outside the building.
A great example of what happens with no competition around to drive up service.
