Good part: structure
Bad part: starting stack is only 5k. In order to get the structure to work well, starting stack needs to be 12-15k. Otherwise, it's a shove fest and pray.
Room is clean. Well lit. Sanitizing procedures in place after each player is eliminated.
Dealers are decent and keep tournament moving at a reasonable pace.
