I have been a Borgata regular for 12 years. At one time it was the biggest and best room on the East Coast with good dealers. Most of the dealers now are completely incompetent. The management holds no one accountable for anyone and they have steadily fired their best dealers for the most minor offenses or mistakes. 25% of the dealers do not say thank you and a majorit As I write this, the floor just made yet another incorrect ruling which was compounded by the dealer and a total inability to run the game. Borgata could be one of the top rooms in the United States, but the uncaring management both in the poker room and the hotel in general will keep it at its current mediocre status.
