Unlike Playtime, where employees seem to view customer enjoyment as a problem and regularly act on power trips, the team at Chances goes out of their way to make sure visitors actually have a good time. It’s a refreshing change from Playtime casino’s atmosphere, where the staff seem more focused on control than customer service.
