I was at poker room sun 28 June '26. New table. Exchanged 100 at table for chips. I only received 95 in chips. I told dealer Clinton and floor person who gave me chips. Clinton said I was correct. He counted the chips. Game had not started yet. No money moved. Management said they would review it. Two hours later, nothing from management. When I asked, management said it was undetermined. They never talked with the dealer or floor person. 5 dollars is not a big deal. But what if it was more. This was handled so poorly and unprofessional. Please get your chips from cage and count before you leave. Some of the floor employees, are not trained well. I have seen bad dealing at the table without remedy. The room is nice, and most employees are nice, but management constantly shows no support for employees and horrible customer relations. I wish Winstar would reopen their poker room. Never had an issue there.
