I recently came to CCH and was genuinely impressed. The welcoming atmosphere and surprisingly good customer service far exceed Spades, which is being run into the ground by ineffective management and profanity-ridden customers (among other things). I talked to several Spades regulars playing here and it seems CCH is the new and improved replacement as Spades continues to crash. Feedback to CCH Management: Maintain the refreshing level of customer service, and continue working with your tournament dealers to refine their skills.
