Showed up a hour plus before the start of a tournament started and was informed that it was all pre soldout and was even able to sign up for a waiting list. The man at the cage was very short and abrasive with how he informed of of there policy even though I hadn't spoken to him yet when I arrived at the registration table. Then he told us that there would be no waiting list and that only if a player gets a refund would we be able to sign up not even creating a wait list and that he would tell multiple people when they could try to get another spot very short with with his speech and unprofessional.
