Most dealers are either inexperienced or careless. The floor management doesn't understand basic poker rules and etiquette. Facing a $400 raise on the river, I thought for 90 seconds before having the clock called on me. The player who called the clock then talked loudly for the remaining 60 seconds I had to make a decision, with no punishment.
On the plus side, the players here are horrible. You can make a lot of money if you can handle the incompetent dealers and management.
