The casino and gaming are very good. Floor men, chip runners, cashier and most of the dealers do a great job !
The problem is in the kitchen.
On Friday night, The restaurant has only one cook on the busiest night of the week. The cook routinely gets overwhelmed by 8 PM and the waitresses start telling hungry customers who want to eat that they are not taking any more orders for at least a half an hour until the cook gets caught up. Later around 10:30 PM the only cook on duty takes his dinner break and the kitchen stops cooking for another 30 minutes or more. This seems to me very poor management of the kitchen. They are losing money and if people get hungry enough they make go some where else, leaving the card room to eat. Kitchen management seems totally oblivious to what all the hungry customers, waitresses and one cook have known for quite awhile. Why can't they have a second cook on Friday evenings ?
