I originally gave this place a good review. But having played here a couple of months last year, I had to give up on this establishment.
This place needs to get rid of a couple of their employees. One of their floor people (Jesse) is rude and unprofessional. Management keeps rude and unprofessional employees rather than loyal paying customers.
Management strongly wants to insure that any comps that are given has strings attached to insure they get more back.
They fail to understand that the players are paying Customers! Without the customer bringing cash in the door, there is no poker club.
If you give a promotion to someone, don't put strings on it. Just give it or don't do the promotion. It's simple business. I give my customers and employees gifts as a thank you. Not as a condition of any future order or work. It's just thank you for what you have done for my business. No strings attached!!
When I give an establishment my business I expect to be treated as an appreciate customer, not as a player that's trying to get something for nothing.
This place can keep their promotions and their comps.
If you don't realize you come off as petty and cheap with your policies, maybe you will now.
